
Egg salad is an easy dish to make and tastes good!

Ingredients:
- 3-4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil,for frying the eggs
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1-2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tomato,sliced
- ½ onion,sliced
- 1 cucumber,sliced
- ½ -1 teaspoon ground dried chili pepper
Directions:
- Fry the egg until the white part is crispy and cut it into small,bite sized pieces.
- Cut up the veggies and mix everything together.It should be a little bit hot.When you taste it,you should be able to taste all three flavors:salt,sour,and a little bit sweet.
- Serve with rice.Enjoy J
The dish can be made vegetarian by omitting fish sauce.Substitute fish sauce with light soy sauce.
